Bitnami prestashop stack start issue

I recently installed bitnami prestashop 1.7.6.7 on my Mac. I am encountering a problem whenever I click Start in the General tab. Log tab shows that...

Cannot calculate mac address status : exit1

solution is :

You have to close prestashop, then type on your terminal and then open again....
