1.​ Foods rich in Vitamin C, magnesium and   
     calcium.

*Foods rich in vitamin C include oranges, red
  bell pepper, broccoli, strawberries,
  pineapple and kiwis.

*Some foods rich in zinc include dry roasted
  cashew, baked beans, cooked oysters and
  boiled beef patty.


2. Supplements

When you are sick, you might lose your appetite, which can make it difficult to get the required nutrition. In such cases, supplements can be a source of vitamins and minerals.



3. Water, broth and caffeine free tea
